"Huh? What was that you just said again?" I asked Iris, hoping she would repeat what she just asked me, I won't deny that I wasn't paying attention to her. My mind was completely elsewhere, well you could say that for the past few days my mind has been cast away in a vertigo haze.

I couldn't think properly and It was all because of him. Ever since the kiss during Iris's initiation ceremony he has totally been avoiding me.

'quit overreacting.' my inner thoughts scoffed. I knew I wasn't 'overreacting'. He was avoiding me and I know it.

He was barely ever seen around the pack and whenever he was around, he was unavailable. Like this was his pack and he has a duty to them to keep and he was neglecting that.
