Brenna “Come in!” Magenta stood back and opened the door wide, making room for the kitchen staff. They wheeled in the serving cart, and one of them asked, “Is there anything else I can get for you?” Magenta shook her head. “No, thank you. Brenna Forming a circle, the sticks moved slowly onto the mat and disappeared in the mist, but shapes started forming. The mist cleared, and the image of two men appeared. One was clearly the White Alpha with snow-white hair, even though he looked young. But the other man had his back to me, out of view. Adan “Alpha, the White Alpha is approaching the gate!” Wyatt yelled up the stairs, stopping at the bottom when he saw me. Evidently, he had been on his way to get me when I walked out. Adan “Everyone, please be seated,” I announced over the microphone. Mason stepped up beside me, his hands folded behind his back. “Where’s Brenna?” I asked before he could speak. Adan I stormed down the hallway and pushed both doors open at the end. Outside, limos waited by the Main Gate. I headed toward them, and Fernando Amaro stepped out of his car and buttoned his suit coat, flanked by two bodyguards who stepped discretely to the side.
