The team gathered around Cliff’s battered body. He had fought for his mate. Kass knew only her Uncle Franz could have blocked her from knowing Taylor was in trouble.

“He didnt take long to shift his plans,” Garret said.

“I’m not sure he did shift plans. I think this was his plan all along,” Kass held a letter.

Kassandra Regina-

After I heard of Kyle’s imprisonment I knew you had figured it out. My plans have taken 500 years to work so don’t think for one second you can stop me. I won’t insult you or Alpha Edward by saying ‘come alone,’ or those other nonsense. I know you will come for him. Im not even going to hide him long. Soon the veil will drop. I just need to extract something and he is yours.

You see your father wanted the down fall of Blood Moon and Alpha Edward, and was willing to kill the most powerful she- wolf alive to do it. I am not as short sighted. I want the downfall of all Alphas and all packs. They have our lived their usefulness.
