"What do you mean you can't find him there?" Alpha Kayla slammed his hands on the desk, glaring at the young man standing in front of him.

"Forgive me, Alpha..."

"What are you telling me? I told you to make sure you bring him to me, alive! What the heck are you saying now?" Again, Alpha Kayla yelled at the top of his voice, enraged. He had thought he had achieved his goals, he thought he'd gotten what he wanted, but it was starting to seem to him now that he was mistaken.

"What happened?" He asked when the man went mute.

"I went to the basement to take him as planned, but the place was empty. I checked everywhere and tried to trace his scent, but it seemed like he was long gone..."

"Bullshit!" He slammed his hands on his desk again then grabbed the flower vase on top of it and crashed it against the wall.

"I told you to be careful with everything. I told you to make sure nobody suspects anything! I fucking told you to make sure he didn't suspect anything!" He roared angrily
