Sam had texted to meet in the common area at noon the following day, I had to turn in my paper before Professor May left for the day. My bag pack bumps against my side as I hurriedly make my way to the common area where we usually have lunch.

I’m a tad surprised to see a new addition at our table.

Glad to see everyone is getting chummy. I ignored the sting that followed and kept walking.

Cami never hung out with us even if she’s officially with Sam but today she is, though when I drew closer I noted no one had their lunch out yet.

Now I’m frowning, what’s going on?

Hannah is at the other side of the table, glowing, by the arm Kyle has around her shoulder you can tell she’s not here on her own accord.

It hurt that she didn't want to be around me, I guess talking to her hadn't done much.

“Sam, what up? I got your text” I said when I get to their table, but remained standing, I don’t look in Hannah’s direction, I guess I was still pissed about yesterday.
