CHAPTER 94

MELVIN

HE looked at them in disbelief, the picture of Christopher and Khloe wouldn't just be accepted by his subconscious mind.

It was the last thing he had been expecting, of course he had seen them a few nights ago all smiles and all. He had thought Khloe would be out backed by his words but it looked like that was not the case.

The surprise inside him was taken over by anxiety and then anger, and it happened so quickly.

Edmund looked into his eyes and could see the vexation.

"Ignore them, Sire." Edmund said, hoping he could draw his attention back to what they were doing.

"I wonder which one she is though.* Edmund muttered.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"Just the other day, I caught her with another maid in one of those empty rooms near the kitchen."

"Really?" Melvin looked at him amused at what he was hearing. "What were they doing?"

"I caught them making out." Edmund said firmly.

Melvin chuckled. "That is quite impossible, I would be damned to believe that joke that Khloe …"
