Dahlia's plight

Rebecca felt humiliated as she knelt before the human who was formerly a slave under her, but was now queen. Life could be ironic sometimes.

She even felt more pained at the fact that the king seemed to favour her a lot. He even made her queen at his own coronation. How could she be so lucky?

Then aside those feelings, she also felt fear. She knew that she had looked down at her, and wronged her a lot. She had even starved her. She would have hit her a number of times if she was allowed. What if she wanted revenge? What if she told the king and he decided to punish her? She visibly shivered at the thought.

"You can stand up now Rebecca." Luciana said, and Rebecca stood up. Noticing her fear, she asked; "Are you okay?"

Rebecca nodded. But she was confused why the new queen asked if she was okay. Have she forgiven her, or did she have plans to punish her later?
