"But we can just take an absent just for today, don't you think I'm working too much?" Carden frowned and stood a step back, his head tilting as he tried to convince her wife.
They are inside his walk-in closet. When Dalmi told him that they have to go to work instead of cuddling inside her room, he immediately turned it down and never wanted to leave her but the woman was too pushy that he had to go out.
He didn't even wear his work attire and just knocked behind her door as she gets ready, but he couldn't convince her.
"Didn't you say that a leader should be a good role model?" she arched her brow and walked in front of him. She touched his shoulders and checked his polo.
"But we'll just take an absent this day, it wouldn't be–"
