The Silver Horn pack hadn't always been such a dark place. When the former Alpha was alive, he had always made sure that the pack was well taken care of. He had been strict and sometimes harsh, but it was still livable. When he had died, there were rumours that Jackson had murdered him, but it could never be proven. As soon as his father was gone, Jackson gave up his pretence of caring for his pack. He threatened them into submission and used their loved ones to keep them quiet. He let his betas terrorize the omegas, making their lives hell.
Currently, Jackson was angry. His betas looked on anxiously wondering what their Alpha had in mind, while the omegas did their best to go about their business without being noticed by their snarling leader.
