SJ inserted his key in The Upper Hill Apartment the following night. He became infuriated when he realized that Ellisande did not bother to bolt the door. He’s going to give her a long lecture on the importance of locking the door.
He had missed her. No matter how much he wants to deny it, he’s starting to get fascinated with his wife the more he got to know her personality. He keeps on telling himself that he’s probably feeling this way because Carmela had started to bore him. Ellisande opened her eyes the following day at the smell of bacon, wafting through her room. She sat up and looked surprised when she realized that she is on her bed.
