With only the light from the lamp on the table, SJ turned away from looking out through the window in his study and sat back on the chair behind his desk and placed his glass of whiskey down. He leaned his head back, closing his eyes and tried to clear his mind.
He wants to think straight on the strategy he will take once his lawyer will receive the case that Elliot Grande will be filing against him. He’s sure that before the week will end, the case will be in motioned.
He also had to tell Elli that he loves her.
Thirty minutes since his parents had taken off, he called on his mother and requested for something. After giving instructions to Sam and William, he followed them by driving on his own. By the time he returned to the villa, it was already late in the evening. He was glad that there was no incident, and that Elli didn’t wake up.
