**Nancy's POV**

The door knocking sound reaches my ear. I open my eyes lazily and sleepily and look at the clock hanging on the wall.

It is still 4 am. 

Who could knock the door at this time?

I walk towards the door. 

"Excuse me! Who are you?" the voice of lady squeaks in?

I was rubbing my eyes but my sleep left my eyes immediately after I hear the ladies voice from outside. It is such a sharp and loud voice.

"I am...," but before I could introduce myself she intrudes in the room and I cannot do anything.

"Excuse me! Mam, you're not allowed to get inside the room. He is a patient and he needs a peaceful environment," I say.

She glares at me as she holds his hands.

"I am his fiancee and I have every right to hold him. You don't try to teach me," she scowls.

How could I forget that its been so long years and now we could be busy with our own households.
