Chapter Thirty One

Colin did not know how to comfort his mother in this situation so he just sat beside her. Beau seemed to handle it better than he thought. He wanted to tell her how he told her so but he held himself. 

''When did you decide to at least check things out? After he told you there was a trial?''

"I deserve that. But no, i decided to look things through after what you told me the other day."

''Does he know that you know?''

''Yes. I asked him to come clean about it. He could not even look at me.''

''Sorry mother.''

''I am the one who is sorry, i should have seen the signs but i did not want to believe it. I found the copies of cheques he wrote to that man, Eddie something.''

''Eddie Saza.'' Beau said.

''Yes him. i'm so sorry my sons. I should have been a better mother.'' she went back to sobbing and something in Colin
