/Brian’s POV/

Isn’t it very strange that my father’s assistant of all people, came to knock on the door of Elliot’s room and asked to talk to me after she legit insulted me at the airport for being a coward that couldn’t stand up to his father.

I could read the uneasiness on her face with Elliot’s presence in the room, an expression that I have never seen before, so I asked Elliot to go on with the preparations for the bachelor’s eve that he was rambling about before Meelah walked in.

Elliot has been engrossed with planning my wedding despite the fact that I didn’t want the wedding to happen and he isn’t such a big fan of weddings because of how his parents turned out, but falling in love with Dianne has changed his mentality about everything concerning love and marriage, so it was expected that anything marriage related will get him out of the room without questions.

After getting Elliot out of the room so that I could concentrate on what Meelah had to say, but she had nothing to say
