Chapter 58

At exactly six a.m., I was woken up by Sharon with a large camera in my face. I quickly took my bath and made my way to the rehearsal room, where we started practicing the song.

Sharon was going to sing some lines from the R&B song because that is what she is best at.

We basically practiced for the entire day and only took a lunch break, then went for dinner before we went to sleep.

We gathered at the usual location the next day for the third round. And just like in the last round, two groups would get eliminated.

“Welcome back to the world's best singer, and today, just like the last round, is the meshup round, just with another song. We expect this round to be ten times better than the last. Good luck to the contestants,” the host said.

After a few words of encouragement from the judges, group three came forward and sang to their hearts content. Then it was our turn.

“Wonderful performance from group three; now let’s welcome group four,” the host said, and we filed in.
