Artemis P.O.V.

I was startled when my stomach began to rapidly grow. That was the moment I realized it was all because of that woman smoking that pipe. I was trying to help Valerian and went into a panic when his water broke. I didn't know anything about actually giving birth and definitely didn't know anything about male birth. He was panting heavily after his water broke all over the floor. My water broke moments later and I felt the pains getting worse. I couldn't contact Arya at the moment so I was on my own.

Valerian called out as he hit his knees on the hard floor. I sat next to him and rubbed his lower back trying to relieve some of his pain if I could.
