Chapter 73
Kathy was shivering in the night cold as she attempted to flee from him. The main thing she really wanted was to have a time alone with herself, she expected to clear her psyche before settling on any decisions in her life. The past hurt her enough to pierce her heart; and she still feels the pain of those broken promises.
She knows whatever happened in 'The God' bar was all her fault, as she was one who got arranged all this yet it wakes her past memories and that was enough to trigger those walls to build a dam inside her. Cold water squelches between her toes, and her breath is misty, wet hair like frozen gum, stuck against her cheeks. She can hardly see through the rain.
The cool night air appeared to sting around her warm face. It was only then, did she realize that she was already far away from 'The God' bar and she didn't know the way back. It's not that she wanted to go back but the silence creeped her out.
