AS SOON AS the clock’s hands pointed at twelve o’clock, I rang the nurse’s bell and requested for my discharge. I talked to Pops about it this morning and he agreed to let me leave, with the condition of staying away from any kind of situation that would open the stitches of my wound. He went out an hour ago to prepare lunch at home. I told him that I would invite the Detective for the meal and he agreed to make his best dish: Spicy Cheese Chicken and Pork Caldereta.
The doctor told me what to and what not to do to my wound, and how to properly care for it. I was out of the room after minutes of discussion and I took a cab home. I got off in front of a normal house in an average environment. I smiled upon seeing Pops and Nomy standing by the mailbox beside the small gate.

LUKE MATTHEW MY PARTNER RUSHED to the two young ladies and immediately took Aera’s pulse. I walked behind since I am not allowed to run. “It’s just beginning to kick in. LUKE MATTHEW AFTER WE BROUGHT the Nerd to the attention of a doctor, the Detective left me with him while she spent a few minutes of chat with Reese Berlin. It might be about her deduction that her broken leg was intentionally caused. I pulled a monobloc chair and sat by his side just as the doctor and nurses left the room. “How bad was it?” I asked. “As bad as needing twenty stitches, Luke,” he answered with a sad tone, but then he laughed after seeing my—I don’t know—surprised Pikachu face? “I only got eight stitches, don’t worry.” I huffed and gave him a glare. “I don’t worry about a spy, Nerd!” “How many times do I have to tell you I’m not a spy before you believe me?!” I smiled. Now, go.” He nodded and smiled. “If you say so, Detective.” They took away the culprit of the mass food poisoning, while I remained on my spot, stuck in deep thoughts.
