Chapter 30: Affected by her words

Barbara finally breathes, away from those hurtful eyes is enough relief to pray for.

"Are you Alright?"

"I wish I could say yes to that."

"Why?" Dante asked, taking the first turn from Calvin's resort road.

"So many issues to deal with but no one is more annoying than Miss Jasmine."

"Why are you two fighting?"

"You should ask yourself that." Dante moves his eyes from the road to her and then back to the road.

"Enlightening me!"

"Your handsomeness has won you so many crushes."

"Hm! So she is crushing on me?"

"Yes, she even asked me to stay away from you, that you are hers."

"No one owes me." Dante's voice is annoying and dry.

"She does, she is so annoying, so I had to irritate her."

"With what?" She pressed her lips together, and Dante stared at her.

"Fine, I told her, you are the one chasing me." Dante moves his gaze to her. "Stop looking at me, I don't want to get into an accident."

Dante turned his gaze back to the road, remembering the morning incident, a long silent go.
