Everyone gathered around the dinner table. Augustus got a little awkward to see Josefina on the dinner table. Eliana glanced at him and whispered near his ear to not feel awkward.

Rafaello looked at his mother, expecting her to apologize sincerely to Augustus. Frederico cleared his throat and started to speak.

"Josefina will apologize to Augustus for what she did," Frederico said. "The mistake she made, she must repent of it," he added. Josefina turned her head to look at Augustus, who wasn't looking at her.

"Augustus, I apologize for my mistake. I should not have done something like this. I should have been a responsible mother and should have stopped Gia from doing such a thing. Please forgive me," Josefina said. Her voice was filled with guilt. She didn't like it when her husband and her son, Rafaello, looked at her with disgust.
