Chapter 11: You like me?

With a poised grace, Emma guided Harry into the plush confines of the CEO's office. The glow of triumph subtly illuminated her striking features. Even her beautiful face could not hide her joy. She politely invited him to sit down and personally poured him a glass of water:

“The first step has been successful! Harry, thank you.” She smiled brightly.

“Is that all I get—a thank you?” Harry asked back, the corners of his mouth also curling up into a faint smile.

She glanced at her wristwatch, there was only half an hour left to the end of the workday. Thinking for a moment, she stood up, her voice surprisingly excited and full of energy, "Let's go, CEO Emma Garcia invites you for a steak dinner at a 3-star Michelin restaurant. Tonight’s on me!”

Harry looked at her excited appearance and couldn't help but laugh out loud. It was like witnessing a hidden facet of her personality emerge, a radiant sunlight in place of her usual contemplative demeanor. It seemed that this was Emma's true natu
