Chapter 50: I only like you

His sturdy frame moved away from Emma. The upper half of his body was bare, revealing toned muscles. After exchanging a few words with Tony, he tightened his grip on his phone and threw it to the ground in anger.

The loud noise startled her, making her recoil and look at him warily.

He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself. He turned to look at her with weary eyes, attempting to touch her face, but she evaded his touch.

"I lost my temper just now. When we go home tonight, we'll talk things over. I don't want you to misunderstand my relationship with Iris."

"Iris? Is that the name of the woman? How fitting, given you seem to have a liking for the Iris flower." She remarked sarcastically, watching as he started to unbuckle his belt on her wrist.

He gently caressed the reddening mark on her wrist and said in a melancholic voice, as if revealing his innermost feelings, "I don't like Iris flowers; I only like you."

She hesitated for a moment, attempting to push his hand away, but he h
