"Why haven't you gone to work yet?" Max asked when he saw his brother sitting in the side chair.

"I want to see Mia train first," Julian replied while pointing his index finger at his lover. “Besides, Dad gave me a day to rest before returning to Quebracha. How about you? Why haven't you left?"

Receiving a question in reply, Max spontaneously snorted. “Have you lost your mind? I just need to go upstairs to find my office,” the man said, shaking his head faintly. He really couldn't understand his brother's stupidity.

“Yeah, I know about that. I mean, why are you here now? Not in that room?” Julian replied curtly.

"Same with you. I also want to watch my love practice knife throwing,” Max answered, holding the corners of his lips so they wouldn't lift too high. The man didn't want his brother to know that he still felt happy every time he managed to provoke annoyance.
