Jefferson's POV I woke up early and I saw Celina still sleeping. I wanted to wake her up and talk to her about what our problem was, but I decided to do it later. I will have to do it under time as well, because we will be leaving for Kenom tomorrow and get ourselves prepared. I got up from bed slowly so I would not wake her up, and then went to the bathroom and took a bath. After I was done, Celina was still sleeping, so I got dressed and went to the office. Susane asked me to eat first, but I told her that I would be eating in the office instead. Celina was still sleeping and I didn't want to eat alone. "Sir, the interview for the secretary is ready." Daria told me as I sat on my chair and I nodded. I don't know why Daria had to be this early all the time. As far as I know, she had a husband, so she should do something first before she went to work or after work. "Don't you have a husband?" I asked her and I noticed her eyes widened before she nodded. "Then why are you always t
Jefferson's POV As usual, Celina was in my study room and the way she cleaned up the table, I can say that she was already done. I remember asking her about her things being packed but she answered me no. Just what was wrong with her? I wanted to ask her if it was about me not calling her, but I changed my mind. There's no way that she is going to act this way just because of that, she's full of herself as well, so even if it was like that, she would never ever tell it to me. Susane was at the doorstep when she opened the door with a tray of food in her hand. Why would she bring the food here? Does that mean--- I found my thoughts to be correct when Susane said that she had not eaten her lunch yet. Of course, I get furious because of that. There were a lot of people in the world who didn't have any food and here she was, and didn't care if she was starving or not. Did she do this because we were fighting? Although I would be happy if it was like that, I still didn't like the idea.
Celina's POV My eyes widened. Did he want to bring me there so we could process our divorce? Is he still planning on divorcing me even after what has happened to us already? That photo! That must be the reason why he wanted to pursue it now. My face turned gloomy but I tried not to harden it so he wouldn't know that I already knew about his plan. He faced me and I clearly saw the shock on his face. I never thought that I would actually hear what he was planning. "How long have you been there?" he asked. He must have been worried that I had heard about his plan, so I told him, "I just came in. Why?" Let's see what you say, "Nothing," he replied, and then I noticed my things were out of order, so I asked him. He said that he was packing it for me and I wanted to yell and shout at him, but I changed my mind. I had to make him agree with me not to go to Kenom tomorrow. Just as Susane said, I was sure that he would definitely bring me with him by all means necessary. Because I knew tha
Celina's POV "How do you like the room?" Jefferson asked as soon as we entered our hotel room. I didn't answer and just got in as he just let me. I heard him sigh but I did not bother to look at him. The truth is, the room was grand. I had a hard time suppressing my excitement because I didn't want him to know that. I looked around the room and went to the couch in the living room and sat there. Geezz.. It was so fluffy and comfy. JS Hotel Resort and Casino is really world class. Everything in our room screams wealth and even if I knew that we were in the presidential suite, I had a feeling that even their regular rooms cost a fortune. I felt him sitting beside me but I just ignored him. Yes, I can't do anything but to go and I was so pissed about the reason and I don't think I will be able to forget it because it keeps on replaying in my mind. "Wake up, my Celina," Jefferson said as he woke me up. I looked at the alarm clock on my bedside table and found out that it was 5 in
Jefferson's POV I was confused by Celina's actions. Ever since that day that I came home and she was mad at me, she had been acting strange. I know and I can feel that she was angry even if she let me touch her. When Daria told me about her being angry at her husband for not calling, I also thought that it was the case for Celina as well, so I was planning on wooing her yesterday after I got home. She was still mad at me, so I wonder why she acted sweet and seductive. Although I liked it, I still had a feeling that she had a purpose for doing that. And I confirmed it when she told me about not coming with me today. We had been talking about this since last month and although I simply told her that we were going to leave, she didn't object either. Now she went to the bathroom and I had a feeling that there was something wrong with her and I wanted to find that out. She didn't take that long and she was out. She went to her luggage and took one piece of clothes before he went ba
Celina's POV The whole time, Jefferson and I were together. He wanted to talk to me and clear things between us and know why I was angry at him in the past two days. He may already know that I couldn't get mad at him that long because he couldn’t make my knees melt with his touch. He introduced me to his employees and I had to hold myself up because of the excitement when he told them that I was his wife. I mean, all I know is that we are here to divorce, so why would he introduce me to them that way? That and his reaction yesterday. He looks happy and really a husband who adores his wife. I was motivated to do the golf course design because of that. When he asked me about it and we casually talked about it, I felt like he was really my husband. The one who was one with me. It was actually a country club and a golf course in one and I gave my all to the designs. Every detail of it was planned and I saw to it that I didn't waste any space. I know that he would like to have his bu
Celina's POV "My Celina," Jefferson whispered in my ear, so I covered myself with the comforter, then I heard him laugh. It was so loud that I felt irritated and I wanted to throw him out of our bedroom. "Come on, I thought you wanted to get fu**," he said, and I took off the comforter on my face and glared at him, "That was a moment of shock for me," I replied, "I don't think so." "Whatever do you think? I mean who would ever believe that that word would actually come out of your mouth? You caught me off guard and for a moment I thought I had married a hopeless romantic man." "I am a hopeless romantic." "Then go to sleep, Mr. Hopeless romantic." I replied and covered myself with the comforter again as I turned my back at him. "I am going to let you go this time, because I know that you are too shy to accept what you have just said. But next time, I am going to make sure to taste every part of you," he replied, and I felt him lie down and his arms around me. I didn't object to
Jefferson’s POV “Hey, man. What’s with that look?” I asked, “Are you that worried that I am not going to come?” “No, it’s nothing like that. I didn’t know that you would really bring your wife with you.” he replied, and I chuckled, then I looked at Celina, who was looking at Mark. I don’t know what got into her but I think she was looking at Mark strangely. “Is there a problem?” I asked her to get her attention then. I saw her glare at Mark before she looked my way. “Nothing,” she replied, but I think it was the opposite of what she said. But because we were running late, I looked at Mark, “Come on, man. We’re going to be late.” My friend seemed to come out of his deep thoughts and quickly smiled and led the way. I followed him with Celina and I noticed that she was walking really slowly. “Hey, we're going to be late,” I told her and she glared at me. “I already told you that I didn’t want to come and yet, you still pulled me here.” she replied and I sighed after I stopped walk
