The past two weeks in New York had been wonderful, thanks to my dad. He made my visit so special and memorable. I didn't want to leave him and go back home. It was hard to say goodbye to him, knowing that I wouldn't see him for a while.

My dad and I had such a wonderful time in New York, and it was hard to say goodbye. My father had insisted that I get my own car and apartment in the Philippines when I returned, but I didn't want to take advantage of his generosity.
