Episode 40

Chosan's POV

Regaining my senses back, the thick darkness that overtook me, drove me out of wherever I was at. My eyes darted around a tiny space with human skulls and bones strewn about. When I lifted my head up, only a stained glass window looked back at me. With the colorful lights filtering through it, made me guess it was daytime, or maybe a heavy light hitting the window from somewhere around.

"Where am I? Who's out there!"

No matter how hard I tried to scream, words never came out. I could only scream some more in my head. And after several attempt, I slowly climbed down from what seemed to be a bed. Hay was placed messily, not minding that a person would be lying on it. Although I started feeling the stiffness of my bones, my mind quickly diverted toward my parents.

Clearing my throat, my legs spread out a bit as I dragged my feet through the moist rug, popping out wriggling maggots the more I crept across it.
