Thugh's POV

When those words flowed right through my ear and sat there so uncomfortably, the soft squeeze in my hand cleared things up a bit for me. It wasn't new that he was fighting just for his family, but still, I couldn't bring myself to just sit still and act as though all was well. That moment with him as he lined them up in my face, made me wanna rewind a few things.

"Does that include the reigning Luna?" Burying my face deeper into his bare slightly hairy chest, I forced the question out of me.

The answer I got was a clean chuckle that sounded more like I was that little jealous teenager whose boyfriend is found making out with her best friend, on her own bed. When I met that face that was covered with sweat, like one who had just finished doing a hard job, my cheeks heated up.
