He held my hand and look straight into my eyes.

“ I mean my words that I want more than a date, I want you to be my girlfriend “

“ You and I knows I do not befit your status” I said.

“ Says who? He asked and lift the back of my palm to his lips and kiss it.

I felt speechless as he kissed the back of my palm because I never see us becoming an item.

I slowly slip out my hand out of his hand.

“ I am doing this for my freedom and my sister” I said.

“ I mean my words” he says.

“ What do you want from me? That night was a mistake and I regret it, I will never let that happen again” I said.

“ Is that what you think I want ? I want you and not the sex and what makes you think I never believed you that you didn’t spike my drink? He asked.

“ You believed? ! I asked with my eyes wide open.

I smile happily because at least someone believed me.

“ Than why did you keep accusing me when you believed me? I asked.

“ Because you are different from other maids who has ever worked in the palace” he said.
