CHAPTER 15
Alexandra sat on the chair in front of the ward Kimberly's father was. He was down because he knew he would never win over Kimberly's heart no matter what he did.
Kimberly's mother named Rachel noticed this and also felt bad for him. He has been nothing but a blessing to their family. Why isn’t Kim seeing he is the one meant for her.
“Alex,” Rachel called and Alex looked at her.
“Yes.” He responded trying to smile.
“I know you feel sad Alex. You don’t have to pretend you are okay.” She said and Alex sighed.
“I understand Kimberly ma'am. She doesn’t love me, and love can’t be forced.” He declared and Rachel shook her head.
“Love can’t be forced but can be grown. If she gives you a chance, she would love you as time goes on.” She said and Alex smiled.
“I don’t think she is even ready to give me a chance.” He said.
“She has to. You have been so generous to us In this family. You deserved to be happy.” Rachel said reaching for her phone.

After signing the paper, Kim kept thinking of a way to tell Landon she would be going to see her Dad.
