Christian felt his thighs burning as he felt the soup in his lap, although fortunately it wasn't too hot, just lukewarm, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous. At first, he was very upset because he hadn't expected it, but now he couldn't stop laughing out loud at the memory of Lynda's face, and inside he felt satisfied because all this told him that his anger was the product of jealousy.

He got up from the table, pulled out his wallet, and handed the card to the waiter.

"Please pay both bills and order a taxi," he ordered firmly.

"God! I can't believe what that bitch was able to do, she's crazy!" he expressed, taking the cutlery to feed himself, belatedly realizing his mistake when he saw the man's stern look at him.

"So that was an excuse about your hand being in pain to force me to feed you, why did you do it Lyn? If you can lie about that, what else can you lie to me about?" he asked without taking his eyes off her reaction.
