Mark’s POV— ( Past Life)
“Sona? Sona??”
When I returned the sky was dark and the house was quiet. I walked in through the unlocked door and found some vessels with food on the wooden table covered with lids. But no one was around.
“Sona??” I called Sona again. My eyebrows were drawn close and eyes were dark. I had a bad feeling that something has happened. But what? Did the girl escape? Maybe Sona went after her?
Not getting any response I run upstairs skipping steps of the stairs and barge in to the bedroom where I left the girl, already yelling, “Where is the girl??”
