James manages to sneak in from a back street and past the crowd of reporters chasing the news. Though he couldn't get his car, he ran outside to find Delilah. James was sure Delilah wasn't far from where the party hall.
While panting and glancing left and right, his eyes widened as he saw Delilah from the end of the road being forcefully pulled by Fratti and three members of Il Rosso.
Furiously, James ran towards them and quickly kicked one of the men. James pulled the other man up and snuggled him hard against one side of the car until his nose bled.
The man that James had hit earlier got up and attacked again. As a result, with his bare hands, James had to fight with the three, while Fratti did not dare to face James personally.
"Mr. J!" Delilah cried for help. Fratti halfway pulled her into the car while James was still fighting. Seeing Delilah almost getting into the car, James hit harder and paralyzed with a fist aimed straight at the jaw.

Daniel missed his target tonight. He searched for Delilah everywhere and had lost her now. Daniel noticed Grey calling on his phone from the corner of the room. Then he walks up to Grey with angry eyes and starts yelling at him."Where's Delilah!" asked Daniel without manners and small talk. Grey turned then smirked at him."Why? She left you, didn't she?" Grey's taunt made Daniel almost miss hitting him if he didn't remember himself being in the crowd of reporters. Grey learned Daniel's reputation would be wrong if there were a fight between them."Don't be such a jerk. Tell me where Delilah is!" he growled to keep his tone from getting too evident."Why would I tell you? I'm not your guard dog!" Grey sneered sarcastically, then walked over with an evil smirk and passed Daniel, who couldn't do anything else. Daniel was standing on the balcony of the party hall. He had to go back inside if he didn't want to create suspicions of the media crew who kept tak
"Are you planning something behind my back?" Gabriel asked, slightly tilting to Daniel. Daniel tried to hide the truth behind his eyes. He shook his head and didn't want to stare at Gabriel."If I find out you're trying to bring Delilah Starley away from me, I'll kill you!" Gabriel threatened Daniel, who failed to convince him. Daniel stayed silent when Gabriel left Daniel's house. He watched from the corner of his eye as Gabriel whispered something to one of his men."After finding Delilah Starley, get rid of her!" Gabriel murmured to his men. Daniel had heard the whispers and clenched his fists. His mother's cousin was none other than an evil man who took advantage of him only."Shit, I have to find a way to get Delilah out of here. But how?" Daniel mumbled while trying to get up from the floor. He was groaning in pain in his stomach, where he had the punch."What an asshole!" he cursed more.RITZ APARTMENTDelilah had fallen asleep holdin
There's a rainbow in James Harristian's kitchen today. Together with Delilah, James laughed a few times while cooking with his girlfriend. Delilah didn't feel awkward tasting all the food that James made for her.Sometimes James would kiss Delilah's head and then continue to cook or bake cakes while joking and laughing. He even gave the maids a day off so they wouldn't disturb his time with Delilah."Let's cut the strawberries like this, okay?" James softly said as he clung to Delilah and sliced the strawberries together. Delilah couldn't stop blushing at James' sweet treatment for half the day."Don't be in a hurry. You can hurt your finger later, hmmm," James muttered again, still leading Delilah to slice Strawberry."I can do it myself, Mr. J," said Delilah. James smiled, looked down a little, then kissed her cheek.A few moments later, the bell at the front door rang. James and Delilah both glanced at the door before looking at each other.
It spreads like fire engulfing a building how James had an affair in his relationship with Delilah and Nicole. James was not present at Superhart, but rumors about his love relationship with Nicole and a girl named Daisy, David Belvedere's lover, had grabbed the staff's attention.Grey was the first to gather all the workers, including Huebert, who worked in the assembled division."Whatever you hear today, it is not your responsibility to think about it. Because if you are disloyal, you can resign right now. I won't mind about it," spoke Grey in front of all the factory workers. He was standing next to the chief engineer Heubert who seemed to smile slightly. Some technicians then glanced at each other until finally, a worker representative appeared and gave his statement."Mr. Belgenza's personal affairs are not in our right to judge. He's a good leader, and that's enough. After all, it's natural for numerous women to fight over a man. I'm not surprised." There
"Then what do you want to do, James?" asked Arjoona, who was still looking at his brother."I have to get back Nicole Schurman. She has to pay." Joona then turned to his friends, and everyone was thinking.Meanwhile, Grey has just arrived at James' Penthouse and is stunned to see his friends are in the living room without their boss."You guys here?" Han nodded and walked over to Grey."They are in discussion. How's Superhart?" asked Han, patting Grey's shoulder."Well… luckily, they weren't as excited as I feared. Wait here. I want gotta go inside for a moment. If you want something to drink, ask the maid." Han smiled and nodded while letting Grey walk over to James' room."Sorry I had to interrupt," Grey said apologetically after knocking on the door."Come in, Grey!" said James giving his backing.Grey came in and walked over to James and whispered something. James was frowning, then turned to him, who slightly nodded
The confession booth is not an elegant place—just a tiny room with a wooden ornament that divides the priest from his people. Alberto's face was not clear because the frame covered it, but actually, he could open it. Alberto then moved the wall so that James could face him directly."So you knew everything?" asked Alberto, glancing at James sideways. James tilted his head slightly, and the corners of his lips rose."Who is Daniel Belvedere?" James asked again. Alberto drew in and sighed."He is one of my nephews, Gabriel's nephew to be precise. His mother is Gabriel's cousin." James lifted his chin and closed his eyes for a moment."Why did he come and deceive Delilah?" James asked again."At first, Gabriel wanted to destroy you by kidnapping and killing the girl. Because he knows that you hate when someone beats you up," Alberto replied. His gaze was straight while James stared at him from the side."Over time, Gabriel's plans changed
"What did you say? Where is he now!" blurted James in a slightly louder tone that woke Delilah, who was trying to open her eyes and see James. James then turned to Delilah and stroked her head so she wouldn't wake up."Bryan is in the hospital. He's injured and still in Atlanta," Jayden replied, shocking James. Delilah was getting up, and James didn't want to make her worry. So James put his phone away and asked her to sleep."It's okay. I'm going to the living room for a bit. You keep sleeping, Baby.""What is it, Mr. J?" James shook his head with a smile."No. it's only Jayden who called me." James gave Delilah a quick kiss on the forehead and got out of bed. He didn't forget to pull Delilah's blanket back to cover her.James walked out of the room, leaving Delilah, who was fully awake but could not leave the bed because James had forbidden her."Tell me, Jay. What happened?" James asked as soon as he reached the living room."Earli
James couldn't restrain his adrenaline. When he discovered that one of the men who had been Nicole's sex doll now had Hepatitis B, the chills went down his spine."Are you sure about that?" James reasked Grey in disbelief."Yeah. Only I couldn't get Nicole's medical record. But the man was dying. His liver transplant was out of the list." James plopped back against the back of the chair. He recalled when Nicole had seduced him in the car on the way home, and she almost drew James into her trap. And what saved him was Delilah's voice. Subconsciously, James smiled to himself. Initially still scrolling through the pictures one by one, Grey turned to James."Why are you smiling now? Is there something funny?" asked Grey glancing at James, and he glimpsed back to shake his head."Nothing. I almost made a mistake, and I'm so lucky Delilah is always with me." Grey, so furrowed his brow, did not understand."I don't understand what you mean, sir!" J
