"I tried to make him sleep with me but it didn't work." She heard Lady Miriam say.
"You know he must sleep with you, so he can believe the baby inside you belongs to him." A man's voice replied to her.
"I know. But, his mind seemed to be on that new slave. I tried to tempt the slave to injure me but she didn't fall for it. I thought about injuring myself to frame her, but I am afraid of hurting our baby." Lady Miriam told the man again.
