Chapter 56 Another Betrayal

Lucky's POV

My eyes coldly stare at Josh after he handed me a hot chocolate the next morning. He was smiling sweetly.

If I didn't hear what he said last night, I'd feel bad to reject his effort but now, I couldn't feel anything but disappointment and irritation. How can he smile like that knowing that he's fooling someone?

"I got you a hot chocolate."

I heard Eliza giggling behind me. "So sweet."
