5:45 PM, at the dorm

The cold wind shuffled as the curtains slowly danced. The whole room was empty. Except for Sharlene who was as usual, reading some rom-com comics. She would chuckle while reading. But some sort of her heart was blunt in darkness. No One, Literally no one (except her parents who wished her early in the morning) had wished her a happy birthday... Of course, she wouldn’t forget her own birthday!!

The silence of the room was broken by a ding sound of her phone. It was Lex!!

“Happy birthdayyy meow!! Can you come to the GAC café at 9 today?? Its my treat. It’s been a long since we celebrated your birthday together!!”, he wrote.

‘Afterall there is someone who remembers it.’, She glowed up. ‘Lin Lin won’t be taking that much time, right??! Guess I’ll be able to go and celebrate my birthday!”, she mumbled to herself.

“Okay I guess I will be able to come by then!”, she replied back with a smile emote.
