A Tight Spot

Hela looked at her cute watch wrapped around her wrist. Several times she glanced towards the office door, hoping Grey would come out soon. She had prepared dozens of sweet words to persuade Grey to come back to her. Grey would come back, ah no, he must come back to her.

Their relationship had been going on for a long time, and Hela felt attached to Grey. The only two men who could tolerate all her ego were her brother and Grey.

Hela had liked Grey since she first met him. Her brother Ares introduced Grey to her. Grey and Ares were friends during their college years. They were both brilliant and handsome on campus.

Then, Hela saw Grey coming out of the office door. The security guard was polite to Grey. Hela felt happy, her waiting was not in vain, and she was sure they would reconcile as before.

As Grey walked past the office towards Hela, Keyara and her colleagues passed by and crossed paths with Grey.

Grey was momentarily shocked, as was Keyara.

"Hello, sir," Tony greeted his boss kindly.

Grey just nodded and now his eyes were fixed on Keyara. Grey was stunned for a moment and felt that there was something wrong with his decision.

Hela, who was not far from Grey's position, looked surprised to see him stunned. Hela became impatient. The girl rushed towards Grey, then greeted him in front of her employees--including Keyara.

"Hey Grey, I've been waiting for you," Hela said, then with an exaggeratedly sweet attitude, she immediately wrapped her arm around Grey's left elbow. Her sweet smile was printed on her face.

All of the employees were surprised, including Keyara. Grey's eyes, which had been staring at Keyara, quickly turned to Hela, who had already wrapped her arm around Grey's elbow. Hela even deliberately leaned her body on Grey's arm to signal that she was someone special to Grey.

Seeing this, the employees felt uncomfortable. They quickly glanced at each other. Tony was more adept at reading the situation and quickly said to his boss, "We'll be back to the office soon, sir. Have a good rest."

Tony bowed and quickly left, followed by his other colleagues who chose to keep their mouths shut.

Keyara walked at the back, momentarily turning to Grey. Their eyes met. Keyara felt restless. He turned out to have a girlfriend, but he still kissed her at that moment. Was he Nuts?!

Keyara felt angry and disappointed. She felt played by Grey's attitude. They did meet by chance, but the kisses that followed were something done consciously. Was her boss a playboy? Keyara had to remind herself firmly that she had to avoid her boss.

Grey was feeling irritated. After his employees left, he immediately coldly pushed Hela's hand away.

"I don't know what you're trying to do in front of my employees. Are you trying to embarrass me?" he asked.

"No, I just wanted to show everyone that we're okay," Hela replied without feeling guilty. She patted her lowered hand, which Grey had pushed away coldly.

"They don't know about you," Grey said.

"Well, then they should know. Besides, I don't like it when your female employees have a crush on you."

"Hela, please know your boundaries!" Grey replied, his voice low but sharp.

"I know my boundaries. That was my boundary. I want everyone to know that you're mine," Hela replied casually. She appeared to tidy up her long brown hair.

"Hela, I want to reiterate, because you seem to be a misunderstanding. We've broken up," Grey emphasized.

Hela didn't like the word "breakup" coming out of Grey's mouth. It should have been her who said it. She had always been the one to say it. Hela wouldn't let Grey say that word.

"I already said I don't want to break up. What I said yesterday wasn't serious," Hela stubbornly replied.

Grey folded his arms across his chest. His face was very serious. He had to make it clear to Hela about their relationship. She always jumped to conclusions.

"I came down here to explain this to you, Hela."

"No, you came down here to have lunch with me. Come on, Grey, we shouldn't be discussing things like this on the side of the road. There are many of your employees passing by, and this is very embarrassing."

Grey nodded, admitting it was embarrassing. Suddenly, he pulled Hela's elbow and then pulled her towards him. Hela was surprised, but her heart appeared to be happy. Grey wouldn't break up with her. Hela always knew how to control Grey.

Grey took Hela to his red car. Hela seemed to obediently follow Grey. When they arrived in front of his car, Grey immediately opened the door for her. He pushed Hela into the car and then turned to the driver's seat.

Not long after, the car left the office parking lot.

Keyara got into the elevator with her friends. Although her five friends were chatting casually and fluently, Keyara was the only one who appeared to be lost in thought.

"How did this happen? I think I've gotten myself involved in a dangerous game!" Keyara whispered to herself. She wanted to live peacefully while working, but the man in the nightclub was the same man who was the boss at her workplace, and on top of that, he already had a girlfriend.

Keyara felt like she was being played.

The kiss was nothing, the game was nothing! Keyara had to start thinking about how to avoid her boss so she wouldn't get caught up in this truth-or-dare game. She had to stay away and avoid Mr. Grey so the fire wouldn't spread to her.

Meanwhile, Grey was driving his car calmly, his mind searching for a place to talk to Hela, but his mind kept flashing Keyara's face. The girl was very surprised when Hela appeared. Her facial expression was a bit strange. Grey felt annoyed, Hela shouldn't have shown up at his office. Everything was a mess.

Instead of thinking about Hela beside him, Grey was worried about Keyara and her reaction. Keyara's shocked face seemed to be stuck in his mind and made Grey feel guilty.

Both of them - Grey and Keyara - had been playing with fire, and now the fire was growing on its own. They both could get burned, and they didn't even realize it.

Hela was paying attention to the road and then looked at Grey, "Where are we going to have lunch, Grey?"

Grey sighed, "I'll take you home."

"Hey, why is that?"

"I think, for now, we don't need to meet, Hela. We have to think about our relationship with a clear head." Grey replied without looking at Hela.

"What do you mean?"

"As I said earlier, you need to calm down, we need to keep our distance and not meet for now. After you've calmed down, you'll know that breaking up is the best decision." Grey answered.

Hela looked surprised, then fiercely grabbed the steering wheel that Grey was holding, causing the car to move in the opposite direction, and a car was approaching from their direction.
