Chapter 9 : PAST

I was looking through my official emails, when I heard the door open. I looked up and I saw an unfamiliar guy entering inside, holding a toddler in his arms.

I stood up, forcing out a smile at him. "Hey, how may I help you?"

He smiled at me back, showing off his dimples and I could doubtlessly say it was the kind of smile that would certainly leave the girls spellbound.

He might be in his mid-thirties and he was clad in a casual attire but he was exceptionally handsome for his age. He must be around 6'2 and his brunette hair was one of the many reasons, why I found him even more attractive.

Because he reminds you of Hayden?

What? No way!

I wasn't even thinking about his name until now. It's been more than a couple of months since I've talked to him.

Still there was no information about Bella. Aunt Rachel, Bella's mom, told me nobody, including Christian, knew nothing about Bella which kind of freaked me out.

I hope wherever she might be, she and her baby was safe and sound.
