Chapter 53

After a really long walk, I arrived at my office and rested there for a bit. Calix now left to go back to the duchy to do some works as well.

"Gave me some refreshments" Since we walked a lot, I kind of feel sweaty and hot so I had to drink some refreshments

Gladly, Ice tea already existed in this empire because if all I'll drink is tea, I feel like that will be the cause of my death

Anyway, a few moments after that, the refreshments were delivered into my office. Excited  of drinking it, I arranged the paper on my desk first and let it be even colder than usual.

After having a really tiring trip, refreshments are the best. I actually could also lower the temperature inside the office but I don't feel like doing so. So instead, I just drink some refreshments to feel like my days on the modern world on my past life.

Come to think of it, ice cream doesn't exists here so maybe I could make it and sell it on my salon while the ladies are having a
