Is my answer that heartless? I don't think so. He's too greedy. Even though he himself is aware that he have a law that we need to follow and yet, all he thinks about is to have more wealth than everyone else. People like that doesnvt have what you call mercy. Anyway, I answered more of simple problems like that and finished everything by the evening.
