CHAPTER-3

“Who is this model? I have never seen her before?" Viso asked without looking away from Her.

Ms Ricci froze for a moment. She didn't want to disclose the truth that her show-stopper ditched her at the last moment. But she couldn't let the question go without answering, Not when the sponsor of the show asked the question himself.

"She is not a model but one of my designers, Mr D’Angelo. She wanted to showcase the design herself as it's for charity and she wanted to contribute as much as she could. Isabel is a kind hearted girl."

Viso's lips twitched at that. A kind hearted designer. Interesting, He thought and once again focused his whole attention on her. Isabel!

Ms Ricci was joyous when Viso stayed for the after-show party and donated a hefty amount to the charity. A sum of a hundred thousand euros for the betterment of orphanages in Italy. That shocked not only Titus but the other security guards as well.

Because each of them knew how stingy Viso D’Angelo was. He and his buddy were the stingiest Billionaire that existed in the whole of Europe. But then Titus sighed, recalling his Capo was going to extort that money from the pockets of some other businessmen as security money. Because Viso D'Angelo rarely spends his own money.

"Introduce me to your designer, Ms Ricci," Viso ordered her when He got bored and irritated with her mindless chatter and not to mention her clinginess.

Lucia Ricci blinked in surprise. "Oh yes, I forgot with all the meet-ups," she whispered with a seductive hint in her tone. Viso turned and gave her a fake smile. "Isabel," He snickered.

Lucia gave him another one of her seductive smiles before asking Pierro to call Isabel. "But she is leaving, don't you remember? She is leaving for Milan in a few minutes. She stayed for the show because of Francesca."

Lucia thinned her lips. "I don't care, Mr. D'Angelo wants to meet her, how can I say no? Go and grab her here in whatever condition she is in."

Pierro gave her a disappointed look before walking to the changing room where Isabel was checking her travel bag for the night when Pierro told her about Viso. She was surprised, "But why?" Isabel asked him, blinking twice.

Pierro shrugged his shoulders.“I don't know but I suggest you change your clothes. I mean Lucia won't be happy seeing you meeting her important guest in this attire," he said looking at her denim jeans and white shirt with her hair left open.

Isabel rolled her eyes. "I am not changing into a party dress just to Please our Boss' crush. I have to catch a train in an hour. Also, Mr Billionaire is her crush not mine. So that's how I am meeting him."

Pierro gestured towards the party and Isabel walked out with her backpack in her hand. "You asked for me Boss?" Isabel said smiling politely at Lucia who gave her an irate look.

Viso’s eyes gleamed, seeing the beauty with ravishing lips standing in front of him. Dirty desires ran through his body imagining her juicy cherry lips doing different jobs for him. She looked hot and sexy even in jeans and a shirt. "Yes, I called for you, Isa. Mr D'Angelo wants to meet you. He liked the dress you were wearing," Lucia said, tightly eyeing Her clothes critically.

Isabel finally turned her attention from Lucia to Viso and gave him a soft smile as their eyes met. "I am pleased to meet you, Mr D'angelo," Viso's mouth watered as He sniffed her scent and accepted her offer for a handshake.

The sky was suddenly lit with thunder at that very moment. The sky roared and blinked violently as if it was trying to give an alarm. Isabel jolted in fear. "The weather was clear till now, what happened suddenly," she murmured looking at the angry sky and Viso chuckled at that while staring at her. "The weather is giving you a warning, Isabel."

She frowned and looked at the intense gaze of Viso. "What warning, Mr. D'angelo?" She was confused over his words.

"That you caught the eyes of a devil. Evil eye, do you believe in it?" Viso asked in a deep husky tone.

Isabel smiled at that. "No. I don't believe in the evil eye, Mr D'angelo."

"You should. It's real. Real and very dangerous," He said, squeezing her hand slightly to feel her warm skin more closely.

Isabel felt weird hearing his words, her body reacted unusually. Bristled, she snatched her hand from his hold. "Excuse me Mr D'angelo but I would like to leave now, I have a train to catch," she said before turning to Lucia who was giving her a harsh glare but a fake smile was plastered to her face.

Viso tilted his head to the left and squinted his eyes slightly. "A train? To where?" He asked this time deep and low. A shudder ran down Isabel's spine upon hearing that voice. "She is going to Milan, Mr D'angelo for some personal work."

Isabel didn't like Lucia sharing her things with her guest. She didn't know why but she was getting some odd vibes from him. "It was nice meeting you Mr D'angelo," she said before turning to her boss and giving her a nod and left from there in a rush.

Viso hummed, glanced at Titus and gestured to him to bring him his new favourite fruit. Cherries.

He couldn't wait to taste those luscious lips anymore. Especially now that his mystery girl was in his reach.

He wanted her and He was going to have her. The animalistic need in Bonkers roared demanding and Viso chuckled. He knew He was going to Love this twisted sexy game with this cute designer.

"It's been years, Officer. Years! And you couldn't find anything about my father's killer," Isabel said, her voice raised a little at the laziness of the police. It's been five years since she filed a complaint for her father's murder but till now police had done nothing except for evading the issue as it holds no importance to him.

"We already closed the case, Miss. We didn't have enough evidence to find anything. So Accept it and don't come here every month to irritate me," The officer snarled at her. "If you found the answer to your question then get out!"

Isabel pinched her lips in thin lines as she controlled herself from snapping back at him. She knew how egoistic these officers were, there was no point in arguing with them. "You are being evasive and insensitive because you have not lost your family, officer. You will understand my pain and irritation with your system once you get in my shoes."

The officer gave her a hard glare and looked at his subordinate. "Take her out of here!" He ordered and the subordinate grabbed Isabel's hand. "Let's go, Miss."

Isabel struggled to free herself but the officer tightened his grip on her, forced her and walked her out of the office.

"Leave me!' Isabel finally managed to snatch her arm from him as she gave him a dirty look. "You all are the same. Insensitive and corrupt!"

"A thousand Euros." The Subordinate said, looking into Isabel's brown eyes. His blue eyes shining in greed, he knew he was going to get his hands full of green wad.

Isabel frowned at his words. "What did you say?" She asked, confused at his words.

The officer gave her a look. "Miss. You want to know who killed your father or not. I know something related to the case and I am willing to share it for a price of a thousand Euro."

"But the officer said they closed the case for not having enough evidence."

"A thousand Euro Miss." He insisted on her with his gaze.

Isabel gave him a scorned look before pulling out a thousand euros from her purse. The subordinate officer grabbed the bills and smirked. "There is a nightclub here, The Hell's fire. Your father met someone there before he was killed."

“Who? He met who?” Isabel asked with an urgency.

"A man named Patrick. He works in that nightclub."

"Why are you guys not questioning him then? You should…"

"Miss, The case is already closed and our hands are already full without adding onto an already closed case," he said with a chuckle as he raised his hands showing the Euros, "Thanks but now leave from here."

Isabel silently walked out of the police station and went to a nearby park to think. She didn't understand how to grasp this newfound information. Isabel wanted to know who killed her father. She was empty-handed until now. But now that she finally had a clue, she was going to find out her father's culprit.

Isabel decided to go to this club and find out about her father's murder mystery herself unaware of the fact that going there will change the course of her life forever.
