Reflecting

Bella had woken up but still has not checked her phone. She logs in to her laptop and makes sure her connection is encrypted. She follows up with some business emails and completes things that needed to be done for her not to have to log back in for the next week. Bella sees an email from her mother and father. She chooses not to read it and ignore it. She does not want to talk to anyone as she wants to be able to stay relaxed. She orders room service for breakfast and finishes her work. By the time she is done, she goes to take a bath. It is now about three in the afternoon and Bella decides that she wants to go out for a walk. She takes the burner phone with her.

Before she leaves the hotel room she decides to look at the burner phone. She is not expecting calls but she sees a few text messages from Elise.
