Once we were done arranging Tiffany’s new clothes inside her huge closet, we decided to head out and shift into our wolf form. Tiffany led me out of the pack house and down some seldom-used forest paths. As we made our way to her promised destination where no one could interrupt us, I felt her slender frame move with excitement and her face glowing. I followed her with interest, waiting for her to tell me where we were going.
She'd finally told me where we are right now and then asked if I had any suggestions for making us less visible. I can sense that she is worried that if I shift into my runt wolf form, someone might attack me and she won’t be able to protect me enough. I awoke to find myself in the same situation I had been in the day before. For a while, I just enjoyed the sensation of all the sparks erupting around me. I couldn't tell you how long I sat there watching Nix train them and fight with the other fighters. They never saw me, despite the fact that I wasn't hiding. Tony led us to the back of the room and down some stairs after we entered an enclosed training room. As the heavy metal door closed behind me, I took a look around the large basement room. "Be careful, it would be best if you just stayed there until he regains control. I didn't expect his reaction to be quite severe. If he feels that the mate bond is in jeopardy, there is a chance he may mark you by force if you try anything at the moment. He isn't thinking straight. Thankfully, my headache had subsided by the time we returned to the pack house. It hadn't given up much, though, and my defenses were still up because my senses were battered and sensitive.
