For the entire time they were at the laundry mat, Kristoff remained silent. Making it known to Chance that the possibility of their relationship being thrown out there in the public was a problem to Kristoff. He just wasn't saying it.

Which made Chance wonder what was going to happen with them.

Would Kristoff leave if Malcom was serious and leak the photos? Or stay like he claimed.

''Ok, that's the last of my shirts.''

Kristoff said nothing. All he did was help Chance carry one of the laundry basket back to his apartment.

Once in the elevator, Chance open to speak the words on his mind.

''Look, if you want to do damage control or go, or do whatever. Feel free to go. I'm not going to hold you back or prevent you from leaving.''

''Will you shut up? I'm trying to brainstorm here.''

''Oh, well. Maybe we can put our heads together.''

''Not now.'' Kristoff said, stepping out of the elevator as soon as it dinged.
