Offend Ice Wolf

Outside the Civil Affairs Department. Greg came to his car and motioned for Suzan to sit in the back seat: “Go in.”

Suzan didn't understand and opened the car door. Ice Wolf was in the car. Silver gray shirt, paired with a black woolen jacket, still unbuttoned, collarbone exposed, sitting lazily, wild and evil wolf eyes.

He was answering the phone, holding one hand on the car window: "I'm out in the field. Keep an eye on the contract over there. I'll go back when it's done..."

For some reason, Suzan felt nervous when he saw this wolf and wanted to apply oil on her soles. She didn't want to go up and stood frozen on the spot.

Behind him, Greg urged: "Come up, we're in a hurry! For your sake, Jason and I came all the way here despite a huge catastrophe."

Pushing a big deal? Specially? This word was well used. It’s impossible not to be grateful. She quickly turned around and thanked Greg: "Thank you, Greg. Today's matter is troublesome for you."

"You don't have to thank me. If you want to thank me, just thank the guy above. If it hadn't been for him, this little thing would never have fallen into my hands." Greg didn’t dare to take credit.

Suzan thought that she could not delay Ice Wolf any longer, so she had to go up first. She tensed her heartstrings and waited for Alpha Jason to finish the call, and immediately thanked him: “Thank you, Alpha Jason...”

Jason had a dull look on his face. Through the lowered window, the sunlight hit his face like an ice sculpture, with a cold light shining through. Wolf's eyes were so cold that they sent chills down her back: “You’re welcome, I’ve always had ulterior motives towards you.”

Suzan’s nerves suddenly became tense. It’s over! Ice Wolf fell in love with her face and body?

A trace of panic flashed in her eyes: “Alpha Jason...what do you mean?”

Ice Wolf stared at her steadily and said, "She's quite good at pretending to be confused."

Even though he didn't mean to blame, Suzan felt her heart tightening and cold sweat breaking out on her back: ‘Does the big Ice Wolf want to eat people?’ She instinctively moved towards the window without leaving a trace, as if this was the only way she could be safer.

Greg got on the seat and glanced back through the wave mirror. There was space for a strong wolf to sit between the Ice Wolf and the she-wolf.

The atmosphere was not right either. Alpha Jason was good at business, but he was not as good at playing games with Wolf and she-wolf. His eyes twitched, and he turned around and said with a smile: "Suzan, Jason can't just say thank you. You have to be sincere in your thanks..."

Sincerity? How can you be sincere when thanking someone? Give yourself to him?

She held back her uneasiness, breathed in secretly, looked at this Ice Wolf carefully, and smiled nervously: “I don’t know how I should express my sincerity?”

“How about I pledge myself to you?” Greg chuckled and suggested.

Suzan was shocked. This wolf was dirty. He doesn't care about his appearance at all and shamelessly makes demands at any time. As for Ice Wolf, his eyes were dark, but he didn't scold him. His purpose was obvious.

His thoughts were so dirty. It was wasted for him to have such a good character. “Greg is joking.”

But she couldn't break up with them, so she only laughed to her detriment and said: “How can a second-hand commodity like me, who is in ruins and discarded like a worn-out pair of shoes, be worthy of serving Alpha Jason?”

The more proud and wealthy an Alpha was, the weirder his temper will be. They only like a clean she-wolves. Those who have been touched by others feel dirty. The person in front of her, judging by his temperament, probably had mysophobia, so she deliberately made herself look bad.

Jason’s expression was profound, and he suddenly said: “What if I don’t dislike it?”

For days, she was chatted to death like this.

Suzan felt her mouth was dry for a while, and she laughed uncomfortably. She kept twisting the corners of her clothes with her hands: “Alpha Jason, you...don’t make fun of me.”

“Get out of the car. Now.” In just a moment, she saw that Ice Wolf's face suddenly turned dark, and he issued an order to expel her in a cold voice.

The look of heavy black clouds made Suzan dare not take a breath and hurriedly got out of the car. The car sped away.

Suzan stroked her forehead and panicked: ‘It’s over. She had offended Ice Wolf. But she can't just sell herself out like this!’ Although she was not wealthy, she was proud.

Alpha Shawn came out of the Civil Affairs Office and happened to see Suzan standing on the side of the road, watching a black Land Rover leave. That was Greg's car.

He walked up quickly and grabbed Suzan with a gloomy expression: “Suzan, when did you get involved with this kind of demon king?” Greg was well-known in legal circles. Any lawsuit fought through his hands will be won.

No she-wolf who was attracted by him can escape his gentle offensive. But it was well known that he changed his girlfriend just like his clothes.

Suzan was startled and quickly shook it off, shouting stubbornly: "I don't need to explain this to you! Alpha Shawn, we are already divorced!"

Shawn looked at her as if he was looking at a hopeless she-wolf: "Don't think that Greg can help you settle everything. Suzan, you put Julia in a wheelchair and ruined her dancing career. There is no way the Blood Red Pack will let you go. The forces behind the Blood Red Pack will not make it easy for you either. Today, if you don’t marry into the Elon’s, everyone in your family will still be unhappy..."

These words made Suzan's face turn pale. Yes, the current trouble seems to have been solved temporarily. But it was the Blood Red Pack that she had offended, and they could not let it go.

Julia's father and brother were not in the pack now. What was the point of waiting for them to come back?

It was just that Suzan was a little strange. The marriage was divorced, so why did Shawn suddenly scold her with such a hateful attitude?

While she was thinking, she called back in emphatic language: “Alpha Shawn, can you please be reasonable? Now I am unwilling to receive this certificate... Why do you still want to trouble me?”

She thought: ‘I wonder if I can ask Alpha Jason to come forward and help resolve the grievances. However, it seems that she just offended Ice Wolf! Ouch, what a headache.

"You brought these troubles on yourself. Greg can help you once, but he can't help you all the time. Just because of your beauty, you will be slept with several times, and sooner or later you will be dumped. By then, you will not even have a place to cry. Idiots who don’t know the heights of heaven and earth…”

In the eyes of many wolves, this Alpha was gentle and approachable. But he would never spare any effort in humiliating her.

Facing the cynicism, Suzan blushed and shouted angrily: "You don't have to worry about what will happen to me in the future. Alpha Shawn, at least Greg helped me once. Compared to you who wanted to push me into the pit of fire, he has already I don’t know how many times stronger... Back then, I was blind before marrying you..."

Shawn's face was ashen and he sneered: "You are not even a good she-wolf. You used to pretend to be well-behaved, but, to covet the property of Romano Pack, what terrible things can you not do?"

In his eyes, she was not a good she-wolf. In the past, she was greedy for money. Later, to obtain more property of the Romano Pack, she wanted to murder Julia. Now, to keep the betrothal gift given by the Alpha Shawn, she had climbed up to Greg.

Suzan didn’t want to explain, and couldn’t explain clearly. When she saw an empty car passing by, she waved and left.

Shawn snorted and said in a deep voice: "If you treat a wolf as a lamb, she will cry sometimes."
