~ Chapter 60 ~

Scott takes my hand leading us into the hospital, his body is tensed all of a sudden so I pat his arm slightly. I spot Val walking to us. She looks relaxed but I could see behind that little facade that all she wanted to do right now was cry it out or  trash around something.

"You're finally here" She hugs Scott and he holds her too.

"Where's mom?"

"I'll lead you to her room" Val tells him and then turns to me with a smile. "I'm glad your here, Stormy"

"It's no worry" I really want to see Grace too. She was really nice to me the first time we met, up until she left the house. We take the elevator up, all the while, Scott keeps licking his lips out of nervousness and roughing his hair with his hand. The door finally opened and we step into a lobby.

"She was admitted yesterday" Val said and pushed a door opened. I'm happy to see Danielle and Carter there. David, however, is missing.
