Chapter 34

Jasmine POV

My crew and I arrived on set just in time to start the first shoot of the movie. Arianna and my junior agent Julie accompanied me since it was my first and first time shooting a film.

As we walked into the site, my eyes caught Asphalt after Janet had yelled his name. I wondered what he was doing here but didn't ponder much on it since Janet was shooting the movie too. What a liar, he had acted like a changed person the other time he had come to my place.

Ugh, I was so stupid to think that he had changed a bit. Arianna pulled me gently towards the chair that she had provided for me while our crew members went into setting a mini tent for me.

I got out my script and began to rehearse the lines that were needed for the shoot. I noticed Asphalt coming towards me but stopped on his track when Jacob and his agent came to meet me.

"Hey, good morning. You look refreshing," Jacob said, pecking my cheeks. I noticed the sudden frown that grew on his face.
