Jazz POV

It was another plain day without much work. I had already done a little photo shoot for a mini magazine that needed a buzz. However, it did not change the fact that I was still depressed from the family dinner I had attended.

"You are really a mess right now Jasmine. This behavior of yours can't continue like this. I can't stand it when you are depressed. I'm calling Jacob to come over," Arianna said, picking up her phone immediately.

I had no energy to argue her out of her decision. If she wanted Jacob to come over then fine. I will still be the same lazy depressed fool.

Every Time I thought about Janet carrying Asphalt's child, I felt sick. I had turned into a monster that wished bad for a baby who had done no wrong.
