Persuading Mrs. Rogers

"Here Erlyn, here we can find Mrs. Rogers, let's go there, son." Daniel stepped out of the car and walked towards the door, while Diego chose to wait and sit on the muzzle of the car and play with his cell phone to relieve the boredom.

Daniel now stepped towards the door and he started knocking on the door hoping that the occupants of the house were there. The house that Mrs. Rogers lived in or had been given to her was located in a neighborhood that looked deserted with many houses but only a few were seen on the porch and the neighborhood didn't even look alive at all.

Erlyn looked left and right and saw only loneliness surrounding the neighborhood.

Shortly after Daniel knocked on the door, someone opened the door from inside and it was none other than Mrs. Rogers who had known Erlyn and Daniel were coming, as she had been staring at them from the window.

"Mr. Daniel?" asked Mrs. Rogers who was now standing in front of Daniel and Erlyn.

"Mrs. Rogers." Erlyn jumped up and hug
