“Did you get everything you needed from your apartment”? Xavier handed her a flute of Champaign in his office.

The board meeting took more than 2 hours and although Caroline was used to these conference meetings, she was exhausted.

“Yeah I took everything. Elyas had taken pictures of apartment to put it on sale. Enzo told it will take like a couple of weeks before the deal is finalized”. She took a sip of cold bubbly drink and closed her eyes as the liquid hit her throat.

“That’s great. And are you feeling comfortable here? How would you prefer? Want me to set an office here or your own workplace”? He sat on the table in front of her.

Caroline thought for a while before choosing her own office.

“Do I need to attend all meetings”? She asked.

“Honestly I would want you to be here at every BoD meeting, at least for a few months, and then we can work on it. I will manage if you have to attend the courts”. Xavier said. She was visibly relaxed at the schedule because her own wor
