Chelsea was applying the final layer of mascara on her eyes when she heard the bell of her apartment. Giving a last look at her outfit she walked to open the door.

She took a deep breath and trying to calm down her racing heart, she opened the door and forgot to breathe.

Rafe was standing looking inhumanly handsome. She had always seen him in black cargo pants and black tee shirt, but tonight… He was wearing a chocolate brown suit with a light yellow shirt. His always mused hair was slicked back with gel.

He smiled at her and presented her with roses.

"Would you like to come in?" She held the flowers and opened the door wider for him. He nodded and stepped inside and only then did she realize how big he was. His broad chest and muscle arms. And not to mention he was almost a foot taller than her. Even wearing four inches of her favorite parada, she reached up to his shoulder.
